Payments can be made using a credit card or bank account, PayPal, Stripe, or Amazon payments.
Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $30 or more before taxes and fees. Flat rate shipping for orders under $30 is $3.99. Orders with free shipping will be shipped using the most economical shipping method available. The customer will have to pay to upgrade to an expedited service.
Items will normally be shipped within one business day (excluding holidays and weekends) of payment. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it is available. We cannot guarantee delivery times. We offer multiple shipping options from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx).
International customers from select countries will have the option of USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Express Mail International will available for all countries. We do not offer First-Class Mail International.
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all brand new items returned opened or used. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be made back to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receipt.
Cell phone service plans and SIM cards are non-refundable after completion of activation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm the compatibility of a SIM card/service in their geographic area and with their current device. After activation of a SIM card/service and application of the purchased credits, the service provider (carrier) will address any further concerns and issues. The customer can contact their service provider by dialing 611 from their device (612 for Lycamobile customers).
All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
California residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax on the final cost of the item excluding shipping costs.
Our website also features products offered by other merchants. We do not take responsibility for purchases made from these merchants. You will have to contact the merchant for any concerns.
Any cell phone service plan purchased from TopValue Prepaid will need to be activated by filling out our activation form or contacting us via phone, text, email, or WhatsApp. Any activation which is done by contacting the carrier directly or through any other means will cause the credit purchased from us to be lost.
